We know that buying clothing can sometimes feel like you're crossing your fingers and hoping for the best. If all possible we’d like to take the anxiety and uncertainty out of getting the things you want. If you're not finding answers to your questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.



SHIPPING

Can I change/cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, we can certainly cancel your order for a full refund. If the order has shipped, so long as product is returned undamaged, a full refund will be given upon receipt of return. Shipping fees will not be refunded if the product has shipped.

How long before my order ships?

Your order will ship within 24 hours unless before the weekend or holiday, in which case we will ship your order the following business day

How much does shipping cost?

Ground shipping is free, but you pay for any upgraded expedited service (UPS® Next Day Air, DHL Express, etc). Rates calculated at checkout.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

We ship via USPS, UPS®, DHL. We offer basic ground service as well as expedited options that are subject to change and available at checkout

Where can I find my tracking?

Your order’s tracking number will be available upon fulfillment (when the oder ships) by email as well as by logging into your account if you have one. You can also send an email to help@maysonclothing.com

 

RETURNS

How can I exchange an item i've purchased?

You can initiate an exchange by simply placing a new order and returning the existing one through the process noted above. If you require assistance or need help, just contact help@maysonclothing.com and we will be happy to figure it out with you.

How do I start a return?

Send back product to the address above, or by contacting  help@maysonclothing.com for a return label. Please be sure to include packing slip from original order, or include it in returned package (order number, name, address, estimated date of purchase).

What is your return policy?

Orders or partial orders may be returned to the below address as you wish or by requesting a return label by contacting help@maysonclothing.com. Full refunds are available within 30 days of order. Older orders will be given store credit.

When can I expect my refund?

If you receive a damaged product or the incorrect product, contact help@maysonclothing.com immediately. You will receive a full refund upon receipt of order if you decide you don’t want another. Otherwise, we will send you a brand new product for free (obviously)!

When can I expect my refund from a returned item?

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the product. Processing can take up to 2-3 business days sometimes. If the order was returned outside of the 30 day window, you will receive store credit.
